FLAVOURS
Giving the most sustainable and outstanding ingredients a platform to shine from. Using forest friendly Thai tea and seasonal local produce, harvested, foraged and gathered by us. Celebrating the underdog by using often overlooked, or ‘waste’ ingredients.
The core range
The four core flavours are always on the menu, they’re dang reliable! Sparkling Oolong is a celebration of the most sustainable tea & sugar you can buy, amplified by an authentic fermentation. Organic Ginger & Turmeric + black peppercorn turns up the heat and zing, the KPA is our homage to a modern craft beer but without the booze, and Lavender is a gentle sip into nostalgia and peace.
Seasonal flavours
The seasonal flavours are here to celebrate the many wonderful plants and produce this country has to offer, throughout the year and its rolling seasons. Many of these flavours we brew without tea to fully showcase the ingredient and build upon their flavour during the fermentation. Limited seasonal runs means that once they are gone, that’ll be it until next year!
