FLAVOURS & INGREDIENTS
SPARKLING OOLONG (core range)
Nothing but premium forest-friendly tea, organic cane sugars, and the magic of fermentation. Finally, a real non-alcoholic sparkling wine alternative that will make you feel like you’re not missing out on anything!
Live kombucha cultures (SCOBY), carbon filtered water, organic raw and unrefined cane sugars (transformed during fermentation), beyond-organic Thai forest-friendly oolong tea
KENT HOPS KPA (Kombucha "Pale Ale" using Hythe Hops) (core range)
Taking influence from modern hazy pale ales, we use craft beer brewing principles to celebrate a beautiful marriage between our forest-friendly oolong tea and 5 different varietals of Kentish grown hops. Birthing what we think is the perfect kombucha-meets-craft-beer hybrid, but without the hangovers and it's also grain/gluten free!
Live kombucha cultures (SCOBY), carbon filtered water, organic raw and unrefined cane sugars (transformed during fermentation), beyond-organic Thai forest-friendly oolong tea, Hops: Goldings, Challenger, Earnest, Bramley Cross, Prima Donna (Hythe Hops)
GINGER & TURMERIC (core range)
Take the Sparkling Oolong and infuse a generous dose of organic ginger root, turmeric root, and black peppercorn juice. Like ginger beer, but more sophisticated. Not too sweet, nice tart finish, with a healthy kick of spice.
Live kombucha cultures (SCOBY), carbon filtered water, organic raw and unrefined cane sugars (transformed during fermentation), beyond-organic Thai forest-friendly oolong tea, organic cold-pressed ginger root, organic cold-pressed turmeric root, organic black peppercorns
SEASONAL FLAVOURS
Seasonal flavours are created to shine a spotlight on and celebrate local, seasonal ingredients which are always gathered by us.
Live kombucha cultures (SCOBY), carbon filtered water, organic raw and unrefined cane sugars (transformed during fermentation), ingredient specified on flavour label
Most seasonal flavours are “herbal”, which means they are fermented without additional tea, and thus are extra-low in residual caffeine. Occasionally, some seasonal flavours are oolong tea based + the ingredient, such as local garden Rebel Farmer Ed’s Rhubarb in Spring or Huacatay in the Summer!
MIXED CASES
Choose between Core Range Only, Core Range + Seasonal Mixed Case, or Seasonal Only Mixed Case. Mixed cases are comprised of an even mix of the different flavours that you have selected. Seasonal flavours will reflect whatever is currently in stock. If you have any specific flavour preferences, please let us know in your order notes!
