How to return your empty bottles!

Thank you for buying my kombucha, I hope you thoroughly enjoyed it!

There are several ways you can return the bottles and benefit from our closed-loop Bottle Return Reward Scheme, depending on what suits you best!

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR POSTAL ORDERS (non-local)

Please follow these 3 easy steps to return your empty bottles via the post…

  • When you receive your delivery, always put your kombucha in the fridge as soon as possible.

    This will stop the kombucha fermenting further, therefore, keeping it delicious and balanced, as intended!

    Please keep hold of the box, as you will need it to return the bottles.

  • When you finish a bottle, please give it a very quick rinse out, put the cap on and place it back into your box. Once the box is full up, please reseal it!

  • When your box is refilled with empties, seal it back up ready for collection.

    • If you have placed a one-off order, when you have filled up your box with your empties and are ready to place another order, please contact us and we will provide you with a 5% discount code to reward you for helping us to maintain a closed-loop bottle system. We really need your empty bottles back!

    • For both one-off orders and Zak’s Kombucha Club subscribers, once you have collected a total of 4 boxes (24 bottles) please seal them back up and then complete the super quick and easy bottle returns form and we will do the rest.

    • If you are not sure if you will be placing another order soon that is OK. We would still really love your empty bottles back! Again, please just complete the nice and simple bottle returns form.

    The reason we ask you to store and send back multiple cases at once is so that we can keep the cost of return as low as possible, in order to pass along the best possible prices and discounts to you.

FOR HOME DELIVERIES (local)

If you’re in our local delivery catchment area of Kent and East Sussex then we will collect your empties upon your next delivery. Please leave them outside the door or somewhere for us to collect (if you will not be in) on delivery day.
