Well, look no further - Zak’s here to offer you a bespoke kombucha crash course, teaching you all that you will need to know! (yes, I just referred to myself in the third person, how lame)
Kombucha class of May ‘23 will be taking place on Friday 26th, 3:30pm - 5:45pm at the fermentery in Hastingleigh, Kent. All materials included. We will talk SCOBY, learn about the science behind kombucha fermentation, brew tea, drink tea, eat homemade snacks (and maybe other ferments), feed SCOBY, talk flavouring and bottling etc. You will leave with a shiny new glass jar full of kombucha YOU made, to continue fermenting at home and also one of my sexy swing-top bottles to use when it’s ready… not to mention all the know-how to keep brewing your own batches of wonderful booch! A fully comprehensive class.
At least 72 hours notice must be given to cancel your spot, cancellations after this time are non-refundable. Classes are usually around 10 people. Please no attendance if you are contagious with sickness symptoms. I will be in contact closer to the time.
Class price includes - 3L glass jar, 750ml Zak’s Kombucha swing-top bottle, cloth, SCOBY/starter, tea, sugar, instructions to take home, bucket loads of kombucha tips, good memories and some snacks.
